Join me to experience the power and peace of being with nature in the unique surroundings of Great Comp Garden, before they open to the public.
Sample a variety of simple mindfulness practices of gentle movement, walking & sitting meditation.
Nature and mindfulness are a powerful partnership and these sessions are suitable for anyone interested in finding gentle ways to improve wellbeing and savour their time at Great Comp. Spend the rest of the day free to explore the garden, tea rooms and nursery.
We will be in a small, socially distanced group, safely outside in 7 acres of open, fresh air.
All adults welcome. No previous experience required – just the right clothing and a spirit of adventure!
