No experience required – Everyone welcome – classes adapted to the weather. Class dates as follows:
12th, 19th, 26th October
2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th November
Booking required. Three or more classes £12.50 each. Single class £15 subject to availability.
Yoga and Mindfulness in Nature makes the most of the spacious outdoors. Classes will take place amongst the 12,000 trees at Bedgebury Pinetum and Forest, helping to boost the immune system and general wellbeing in small and friendly groups.
