Working mindfully, I offer my students the opportunity to experience the empowering benefits of practising yoga and meditation for everyday life.
With practice, mindfulness can bring long-term changes in mood, levels of happiness and wellbeing – tools for everyday life.
This may be part of PE/PSHE curriculum, enrichment programme, lunch time or after-school activity. Improving physical and mental health and wellbeing.
